Specialising in both corporate and personal insolvencies. Stella has a hands on involvement in the firm’s insolvency case work.
Myles F Jacobson – Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
Myles is an insolvency practitioner with over 20 years’ experience encompassing all aspects of both corporate recovery and business advisory. He has advised businesses in a number of sectors including the retail, construction and motor industries. Myles is a fellow of R3 (the Association of Business Recovery Professionals) and a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (“IPA”). He is an R3 Council member and sits on R3's Smaller Practices Group and London & South East Region Committees and the IPA's Member Services Committee. Myles co-hosts the North London Insolvency CPE Group seminars which provide training for insolvency professionals. He is a trustee of the 3C's Charity (Crohn's & Colitis in Childhood).
Harold J Sorsky – Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
Harold has been involved in insolvency since the early 70s. He has dealt with hundreds of cases in his extensive career. Harold deals with directors, staff and creditors in a sympathetic and friendly way as he appreciates that an insolvency procedure is a very difficult experience for everybody concerned.
Daniel L Platt – Consultant
Daniel has practised in insolvency for most of his professional career and brings a breadth of experience to personal and corporate cases always ensuring that he maintains a close personal involvement with the client throughout the duration of the insolvency process. He prides himself on being able to offer this personal approach to complex insolvencies in the same way as he does to smaller value cases where owner operated businesses are key. In turnaround situations his experience with businesses generally enables him to identify areas of concern and formulate a bespoke rescue package.
